The Property Agency is a fictional estate agency. This website is a demo of Rentamos, a CRM for estate agencies. The homes, people and events on it are invented. This policy explains what happens to the data you enter here all the same.
Please don't send real personal data
The contact form and the chat work as they would on a real agency website: what you send is stored as a lead in a Rentamos demo account. Please use made-up details when you try them out.
Nobody will contact you about a home, and no rental or purchase contract can come about through this website.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Rentamos as a product demo. You will find the operator's details at rentamos.ai. For questions about this demo, write to demo@rentamos.ai.
What we collect
Contact form: your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number if you give it, subject and message, and the home or event you are asking about.
Campaign parameters: if you arrive through a link with utm parameters (for example utm_source), we keep them for the length of your visit and send them with your enquiry, so the agency can see which campaign brought you.
Chat: the messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to the chat service so that it can answer.
Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry only to answer it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract). Campaign parameters and server logs serve our legitimate interest in running and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Enquiries are stored in the Rentamos CRM. The chat assistant runs on a chat service operated by Rentamos.
The maps on this website are provided by Mapbox. When a map loads, your browser connects to Mapbox's servers and transmits your IP address.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the demo account until the demo data is reset or until you ask us to delete them. Our hosting provider deletes server logs after a short period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
